10$ fine for parking in wrong spot but re parked after any ways

I asked for a refund after I mistakenly made a purchase of a ride pass and emailed the support within 90 min like there policy said and it took 2 weeks to get a response and the agent referred me to what the pass I bought was for. Stole my money, there are other ride apps with much better service
Took too long to find a spot that is approved to park… my partners roll is still running and he is being charged. We are not riding and his app is frozen. 100104 The handlebars on his roll are cockeyed. And ir was slower then mine
You guys need to add some quality of life updates to your app. Being able to locate another scooter while having a scooter unlocked would be glorious. Especially when majority of the scooters in town are at a half charge or less or the spread of scooters makes them inconvenient for others to hop on. I think you should be able to swap scooters as well without out wasting a trip on your roll pass or getting charged another dollar. The Location button that zooms in on your position also only works half the time.
I was naive enough to try scooters on the other side of Blackfalds after a gentleman said he was having issues with his scooter not working then not letting him end the non-exsistent ride. FAST FORWARD, this app will of course take my credit card no issues to start charging but the scooter would not work (tried pushing and using throttle simultaneously) and would not work. I’ve used scooters like this before and have not had a single issue. ONTOP of the scooter not working, this app would not let me end my ride. After calling, emailing and leaving a voicemail I was left with zero response to resolve this issue. While the minutes racked up back 200 minutes for a ride that did NOT happen. After 3 hours of checking this app trying to end this ride, it finally asks for a picture of the scooter. Now I am forced to drive BACK to the scooters location to prove its properly parked, WHEN IT DIDNT MOVE. I am very disappointed. I will be very upset if a single dime is charged to my personal credit card. I will NOT be using this service again as it has ruined a Sunday for myself and mother.

I tried to rent scooters for my daughter and I. once I rented the first scooter I tried to find somewhere in the app to rent a second scooter and of course no availability I asked the bot in app different questions to see if there was any way to rent a second scooter and of course there is none and the bot was absolutely no help. After fiddling with the app for two or three minutes and getting charged five dollars for my original purchase we quit out of the app, locked the scooter and left on foot I will never use Roll again, app deleted. Here’s a tip, Neuron does multiple scooters in app, I will just look for the orange scooters next time.
This entire company or organization is not good to spend your money on. At this point it seems like a rip-off. I’m not sure if it’s my town’s doing, but the app has also caused some grief. I wanted to try out one of these scooters and made an account. The first red flag was when it said the minimum balance I can add to my ‘roll wallet’ was $10. I think they’re should be a lower minimum amount added for options. This one died or stopped working after 15 mins. I parked it and checked by balance and sure enough there was just over $3 left. I decided to give these scooters another chance and drove around until I found one with a decent amount of battery. Being said the battery levels are horrible. Most of the scooters around my town are around 30% and no one is charging them. I don’t know if this has to do with the town, but this is bad for people who actually might use this as transportation. Anyways I found one and went to go unlock it, but it said I couldn’t ride it unless I had $5 in my account! This seems just ridiculous on how it keeps wanting more money. So I had to pay yet another $10 and started to ride to my house. I tried riding around for more just to use up the rest of the money in there and the scooter randomly stopped. I had to park it and it still had lots of battery. Then I checked my account thinking I must’ve ran out of funds but there was still just under $5. So if I were to ride again I’d have to pay another $10. The scooters are fun enough, but they could have more speed to them. I think you should fix and change the things I suggested for the app and also have a remaining balance on your screen when your riding because I couldn’t tell how much money I’d spent until I ended the ride. Overall I think they are just trying to get your money and it would be better to buy yourself your own electric scooter.
