This app is regularly out of synch with where the bus actually is resulting in my having to get daughter in the car to get ahead if the bus so she can get on the last stop- to save me a 30km one way trip!!! I am regularly switching my phone OFF and ON to refresh it and Logging Out and Back in to the App to refresh- all for Nothing! We have to check in with other already on the bus to find out where it is! Pointless App.

This app is very easy to use and real time tracking makes sure we are ready and never miss the bus.

Our bus bookings are different every week so I don’t want every booking I make to be automatically repeated weekly or monthly. A ‘once off’ option would better suit our family’s requirements. Thank-you!

App generally works well, and shows the location of the bus in real time. As other reviewers have noted, it does not seem possible to modify a recurring booking. I would even accept just being able to delete a current booking and enter a new one with the modified details.

This app is so good for my kids and I feel like my kids are so much safer the before when I didn’t have the app. I highly recommend this app for parents who have kids.😊😉

There is no way of getting support. For instance I want to cancel three days that my sons is on camp but it says that there is no bus route and it’s not giving me options. Also, there is no quick way of modifying batches. For instance the same day each week

I will the app add at push notifications so we can get updates on the kids bus location via the app or text messages, rather then the email updates.

This app removed my student so I couldn’t log in

Shocking Ui, can’t even add payments, it’s a terrible and unnecessary service that the school is forcing us to use.

Downloaded roll call app- app never sent a password to my email so I cannot use the app - Waste of time
