I have never been this disappointed with an app. This adjustable should not have titled Alexa enabled. This is a misrepresentation and a poor business practice. Find an app that works or an update!

First the adjustable bed would not sync to the remote because the instructions insisted that you double tap a switch on the main controller box. They don’t tell you that the “switch” can only be accessed using a paper clip into a tiny opening. Then the app would not sync with the bed, causing it to beep constantly. The reason...it will not connect to 5 ghz, must be connected to your 2.4 wifi. Hope this helps someone.

So I was afraid to buy the bed thinking the app wouldn’t set up. I really wanted an Alexa enabled bed since I had an adjustable bed & issues with broken/lost remote were annoying. Pros: phone remote app as a backup Works fine with Alexa skill (no need to look for remote in the dark). So it’s pretty convenient. Cons: pain to set up: 1. just to create an account I was typing in “username” in blank password like security space. It wants an email for username and simplest password will do with confirmation. Mind you will be typing it all in the dark. 2. Connecting bed to app took few tries, I realized that my wifi password would capitalize automatically, and for some reason it went through only after restarting phone. 3. The 3 remote options in the app are not exact fit to my bed but they work (on the functions my bed has) so I’m using best fit. Side note: echo couldn’t find my bed frame for first time until I closed both Alexa and remote app. I do wish there was a customizable way to say “Alexa ask my base...” especially if someone wants to setup a split king, but non issue for me for now. So far I’m relieved I was able to connect frame/app/Alexa afterwards it’s smooth sailing.

Tried for two hours to connect this app to my newly purchase adjustable frame with no luck whatsoever. Please release a version that works soon!!! This is t it!!!

Doesn’t connect. Doesn’t work. You all should be fired.
