Roo - Veterinary Relief

The app works fine in every aspect except 1. Whenever I go to request a shift, it tells me I need to enter my banking details, which I did months ago. In order to request shifts, I have to use my Internet browser on my laptop or completely uninstall the app, use the browser on my phone, and then reinstall the app. Less than ideal.

I heard about Roo from a coworker and it changed my life! I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to do what I love as a travelling technician. The ability to go to different hospitals is beneficial in broadening my horizons as a technician, sharpening my skills as I am exposed to different skill sets, and at the same time enjoy new experiences. I absolutely love it! Thank you Roo for coming to Georgia.

App is not a great tool for searching for new shifts. Continually “resets” the search parameters away from chosen filters (especially the distance from zip code filter) resulting in needing to refill the filters every time you look at a shift. So frustrating and time consuming! Also having recent issues with crashing/shutting down. Is a good quick reference for currently scheduled shifts, but otherwise is too glitchy.

This app is very good to use. It’s easy to navigate, a pleasure to use, and bugs fixes have been helping get the app stable to use. Very happy with it.

I think this app is phenomenally built well and super easy to navigate. I would like if they had away for too techs to put their availability so other hospitals can see. Or a way for too tech to message hospitals to offer them different times. For example if there is an 8-4 shift but tech can only do 8-2 they can offer that to the hospital but it’s up to the hospital to accept that. Just a thought

Easy to use and wonderful lay out!

The app is fairly easy to use. The only issue i have had is that it has not let me change my profile picture but besides that no issues. Simple for relief techs even the non techy ones. :)

Not available in Louisiana

Works great, my only problem is that when I click on a message notification I cannot get back to the main page unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. Website works great and I love the platform. I’ve made lots of connections!
