Rook: Make Friends & Role Play

This app is by far the worst roleplay app, there are no rules, the moderators will kick you off with no warning. Rather use StorySpace.

List of ways to improve the app: 1. Allow more verity in profile pictures 2. Create a dark mode 3. Split the starters into two categories, roleplay and chat 4. Add a pause feature to role plays so people know that you aren’t able to respond. 5. More active moderators 6. Improve the message system, a. Update the system so that it reflects the last message sent and not a previous, while also marking it as not new b. Add a selector for mass chat deletions c. A refresher on the message menu d. Sending read/delivered receipts. (Similar to iMessage) e. Informing partners when the other is typing, either by notification or at the bottom of the chat 7. Easy to view guidelines in app 8. When a starter is removed, giving a reason why (doesn’t have to be explicit, just a simple ‘lack of trigger warning’ or use of a banned word’ would be fine) 9. Better search options, such as being able to search for starts via gender of maker 10. Instead of hashtag, make a genre system where any starter can be placed in 1-5 genres. Would improve ability to search real starters. 11. Allow a feature to edit the most recent message after sending. 12 Have the option to add pictures to starters.

Everyone on here is rude and mean. It’s completely unrealistic. Half these people are committing crimes. The other half are sick. This app needs to be 18 and older. There’s so many cons and scams!!!

If you're looking for something straightforward, then this is your app. The ads are tolerable, you don't need to pay. The format is simple. This is not an app for minors though. I would give 5 stars, but the creators are ignoring my technical issues with the app. I cannot sign in back to my account, I have emailed them, I have texted and nothing.

I think you should add group chats or let people create their own groups for certain ages. But yea more templates and back characters selection etc

You guys have done nothing to stop the Dangerous people that appears on this app and haven’t done anything to filter out anyone who causes a threat to others or themselves. So we banding together to make sure it either gets shut down or things get changed!!!

There are certain little kids asking people for intercourse and recently on Discord someone said I started to have intercourse with a 12-year olds the screenshot is attached but that is pretty disgusting and this app needs better protection because I'll probably get my account blocked after this.

There are KIDS on this app, young kids that are talking to grown adults, and adults that seek relationships with them. It’s horrible the devs seem to be doing NOTHING about it and continue to throw what everyone is saying under the rug. They meet the kids and add them on other platforms to talk more privately. I get if it happens in another app it’s “out of their hands” but this is a walking gateway for pedophiles to meet and groom children so take some responsibility.

It’s not letting me log into the account i have had for YEARS. The app is always glitching, there’s so many pedos on the app and rook allow them to make Inappropriate post(about kids MOSTLY) then when you try to make a post to exposing the pedos rook take your post down then they stop you from posting for a few days

The app is decent enough in its features. You have the ability to post what you’re looking for and then someone has the option to respond which is good. However… the users on this app are extremely disgusting. Nothing but horndogs and weirdos. Everything is sexual in nature 9/10 times. Beware of this if that’s not your thing.
