Roposo

This app is total scam. They show you high quality product in videos, but send you a very low quality product and many times the delivered product will be damaged. There is no way to connect with customer care, there is no way you can check past orders in the app. Just order and forget. Stupid concept. Uninstalling. Will never ever buy again using this app and will also alert all my friends to never use this scam app.

Why we are not download own roposo video ? ??

Please don’t purchase any product from Roposo I had a very bad consumer experience. They were not able to deliver the product and it got returned to seller on its own. Also this has happened more than a month ago and I was supposed to receive the refund within 4 business days as per roposo policy yet they have not processed it. The customer care support just tells you everytime it will get credited within 48 hours but no step has been taken by them. I have shared all the details of transaction asked by them. Yet no refund has been processed and it is going to be 2 months since I have ordered. The most pathetic and frustrating experience I have ever had as a customer.

Bad product

यह पहली बार है जब मुझे एहसास हुआ कि भले ही यह आईआईटी के छात्र हों। वे केवल पश्चिमी लोगों के नीचे ही काम कर सकते हैं - मैंने सोचा कि यह इंस्टा से बेहतर मंच है - ऐसा लगता है कि ऐसा करने के लिए उन्हें दूसरे जन्म की आवश्यकता होगी। ऐसे घटिया, धीमे ऐप को बनाने के लिए इतना खून-पसीना बहाने का क्या मतलब था, मुझे इसे आईआईटी के छात्रों द्वारा बनाया गया भारतीय ऐप कहने में शर्म आती है। मुझे खुद पर भी शर्म आती है कि मैंने इसे बेहतर बनाने के लिए आईटी या कंप्यूटर विज्ञान का अध्ययन नहीं किया।

Do not buy anything from this app. I got scammed from buying two track pants. There was nothing in the delivery. Even the delivery guy was telling this is a fake item. SO, BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM

I’ve more than 14k followers on roposo but I decided not to use the app. It’s totally trash. Main apni marzi se live tak ni kar skta ab. Paid ni bhi hai to koi bat nhi par live to karne do. Itni mehnat se itne followers gain kiye hain wo matter karte hain mere liye. Pay to adha bhi nahi kiya tum logo ne. Faltu ki conditions and GST ki bakwas suna di payment ke time pe but that was fine. At least live feature to use karne do mujhe apni marzi se. Tumhari app ka ab talent se kuchh lena dena raha hi nahi. Bas ek betuki si shopping app ban gyi hai ye app. Pehle hi bahut apps hain shopping ke liye. Pata nahi kya hi kar ke manoge tumlog. Ghatiya app. Isse accha itne efforts main instagram/youtube pe kar leta. Aj 4 months bad app download kar ke try ki. Ab bhi kuchh nahi badla. Account hi delete kar dena chahiye mujhe👍
