Every morning to make 6 chapatis I have to fix errors for 60 mins. I hate this product as it spoils my day.

Rubbish product. The machine sometimes don’t add water. Each time your need to add flour and remouve dough and it’s us that the dough is not perfect. And the retour service is just playing with you.

Used the machine for 1 month Made only 120 Rotis and it stopped working Worst support and customer service

Waste of money!! Completely useless customer care service…even in the warranty period they don’t bother to assist!! Save your money….this is the worst investment of my life

I bought brand new Rotimatic with excitement but there was no heat from 1st day. I immediately contacted to customer support but always responded after a day. They always ask unrelated questions than the actual problem. Like problem was in heating pan but they wanted the picture of flour container. Every time responding person changed. They all asked same frustrating questions and said no worries we will resolve the issue immediately. I wait for a month to resolve the issue. I asked the reason why you are taking too long? They replied very simply saying I may be the fraud person therefore it’s taking long. Then I returned it. I am never gone buy this machine in my life and suggest not to buy this terrible machine.

Worst experience ever, I bought my Rotimatic brand new, and first time I tried it, there was a heating problem. Called customer service to repair it and they refuse !!

I have installed, removed, reinstalled the app multiple times but the app doesn’t start any more.

It was our worst decision to buy Rotimatic. Don’t know where to start with. Rotis are very chewy. Has issues with the flour. Rotis stick to pan many times. After every 7 rotis the we have to shut down the machine and restart again. Has many issues and I request everyone to not buy this. They don’t have solution yet

App crashes if you rate the service is bad. App crashes very often. It is very annoying to have to rate service after each question is asked, even if the request or question hasn’t been answered. Still waiting for when I can tell the machine from my phone to start making roti, as that was advertised as coming soon, so just wondering when soon will be ??
