I will always prefer Uber Business than Routematic, whenever there is an urgency, Routematic fails miserably.

Not very intuitive to use. For shuttle service pass generation takes long time and sometimes it doesn’t work. Need to re open app and very unpredictable responses. After scanning for pass it should have a better way to reflect that it’s done. Scanning takes a lot of time too. Overall needs a lot of improvements. Please address them.

Why am I being forced to login every 24 hours? My org’s policy is for much longer than that. This started happening very recently. Fix?

The app is horrible. Its unresponsive and slow. When booking a cab submit call is slow and button click does not respond. A lot of UI issues like buttons overlap with the bottom of screen.

Not able to see the Bus option on the bottom menu bar after the latest update.

Works fine. Why is the UX so bad? - every choice is on a new page - new pages take time to load - extra space within the same page, then you move to a new page with similar options - no ‘default’ choice to replicate. UX folks take a look your entire app can be 2 pages
