A useful tool for getting help with pets
I have used rover a few times now and it has worked out well each time. There are a lot of dog walkers to choose from (too many, really) but everyone I have found has been excellent The interface is a bit challenging at times. I have sent messages to the wrong people and and of course you can’t delete them for some reason. But Ive muddled through. The fees are a bit high. I pay a fee and then they take out a second fee before they pay the sitter, which seems unfair. Also it takes a few days after I pay for them to get the money. As a user this isn’t an issue but as a dog walker it’s a bit frustrating.
Too small text size
Text size in the app is too small and it makes it difficult to use. It doesn’t follow the OS text size or any of the accessibility options like Bold texts. Please add support for this or some way to adjust the text size within the app for us who need larger text sizes.
Abonnement felle
De trekker penger hver mnd selvom jeg ikke skal ha pass. Jeg får ikke lov til å slette kortet og kontoen tar 3 mnd å slette. Jeg har aldri sagt ja til abonnement! 400 kr mnd for ingenting er mye og de har ikke fungerende kundeservice. Styr unna.
Tungvint
Lagde konto for å se om det var noen jobber i mitt område, men de bruker visst over to uker på å sjekke profilene før vi kan ta de i bruk. Håpløst. Sletter kontoen, noe som tydeligvis tar opp til to måneder.

Easy and simple. Excellent customer service - but the service fee is way too high.

Jeg synes det er kjipt av ingen under 18 får lov til å bruke appen, ettersom det er en bra måte lære å jobbe og å trene seg med hund. Ellers virker appen veldig bra.

18 år aldersgrense
Litt urettferdig at det er 18 år aldersgrense. Synes det minste skal være 16 år for unge under 18 år kan være like ansvarlige og trent. Pluss det er enkel måte å eksempel komme seg ut og tjene egne penger for de som ikke har noe aktivitet i hverdagen!
