Horrible app
While attempting to book tickets with my family, I encountered an issue when selecting my seat. The system indicated that my preferred seat was unavailable, as it appeared someone else had already reserved it. As a result, I chose a seat in front. Unfortunately, it later turned out to be a glitch in the app—no one had actually reserved that seat. By the time I discovered this, it was too late to make changes. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, as it has disrupted my plans and diminished my excitement for this outing, which I had been eagerly anticipating for weeks. I am frustrated with the system’s efficiency and hope immediate measures are taken to address such issues to prevent them from affecting others in the future
