While attempting to book tickets with my family, I encountered an issue when selecting my seat. The system indicated that my preferred seat was unavailable, as it appeared someone else had already reserved it. As a result, I chose a seat in front. Unfortunately, it later turned out to be a glitch in the app—no one had actually reserved that seat. By the time I discovered this, it was too late to make changes. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, as it has disrupted my plans and diminished my excitement for this outing, which I had been eagerly anticipating for weeks. I am frustrated with the system’s efficiency and hope immediate measures are taken to address such issues to prevent them from affecting others in the future

Roxy is one of the best cinemas ever and they have amazing prices and offer a great experience. However, they really need to work a bit harder on their application, it is very slow and basic.

I have emailed so many times no 1 answered then I did whats app too no 1 answered. Not a good servicd

Fix your app!!

Great cinemas with good service and decent locations. But the app is full of bugs and UI/UX issues. Shame on the developers on such a poor job for well established industry and a dozen of cinema app references to that work perfectly including VOX.

I submitted 2 complaints but no one contacted me and i didn’t get my refund .

I’m a calm person, I can’t be nervous at all, but this mobile app drives me crazy, i tend to cry when i use it. I don’t understand how the cinema company can give this piece of smth. Let’s save money and hire outsourced team… for what? For the worst mobile app in the world? Congratulations!

Roxy cinema is a good cinema with a nice experience and atmosphere and great food but my only negative thing is the price is so high the tickets the food it’s the most highest in Dubai I wish they low the prices and they will be the best in the world

The app is garbage

Tolerably movie theaters, but terrible made app and navigation. I will never go to Roxy again. How can you cancel a scheduled show without even warning you about it? Is Roxy Rewind no longer around?
