Hello! I can never purchase the ticket using the app. I go all steps until final stage of payment and once I push the confirmation button it starts to load and the load is never over! I have iPhone 7, so I am sure that the problem is not with my device. Basically now the application can be used only to check flight schedule which doesn't make it too much convenient. Hopping above remarks could be considered for next upgrade. Thanks Tatiana

Last year with eco flex, I was able to manage my booking and change date Now I can’t, I dont know if la RAM give any importance to the customer web experience Why I should call the support to edit my flight ??

Vous êtes la pire compagnie au monde. Vous perdez nos bagages et vous ne savez pas quoi faire.

Cette application doit être supprimée du store car c’est une compagnie de voleurs ! Ils annulent les vols et pas de remboursement possible ils doivent être poursuivis en justice pour pour ça . Le service a la clientèle ne répond a personne ni pas appelé ni pas mail c’est le silence total jusqu’à quand allez vous continuez à vous foudre des gens c’est vraiment lamentable. Le gouvernement dois agir le plus rapidement possible sur cette arnaque organisée par royal air Maroc . Rembourser moi mon argent durement gagné s’il vous plaît !

Non respectful toward people with special needs not rating the app thought

Totalement inutile! Quand on cherche une date, ça n’associe pas la date avec le jour de la semaine. Pour l’achat de billet, ça ne marche pas, après trois tentatives, ils ont changé le prix du billet. Une perte de temps!

L’application n’a pas de compte personnel il faut toujours aller sur le site
