Improving this app is required, very slow to load to look at history

This app looks very appealing visually and would be perfect if not for the poor connectivity, and laggy experience. It sometimes takes at least half a minute to register and click and even longer to load the page. Very disappointed

The app is better than the site so you must have the app

This app is in desperate need of an update. It looks polished, visually, but for anyone trying to use it, it generates only frustration. The interface is incredibly slow to react or load info. Trying to find details of your own collection/purchase history is an exercise in futility. Extremely disappointing.

App make you enter your user name and password every time. Doesn’t automatically put your purchase in the collection folder, this is a manual process based on looking up each transaction. When you do add a coin to your collection, it doesn’t give you the option to enter a quantity…..so if you buy two of the same coin, it only allows for one. If you try to add a second coin, it tells you that it’s already part of your collection. Please make this app more user friendly so we don’t have to track in a spreadsheet.

This iteration of the app is just terrible. Is there any way we can go back to the old one.

This wasn’t a bad program before they changed it all. They changed their website and my whole collection disappeared. When you try to add to your collection now, there are no longer any pictures. Who wants to use it without the pictures. Logging in is even a pain. This is the Royal Canadian Mint, you would think they would pride themselves on their website and apps, especially on the collection part, for all the people spending fortunes on their products. Take a look at the reviews on here, not one reply from any representative of this company, shame on you RCM.

When logging on the app my account is not working and not showing

This apps doesn’t has commodity, request sign in every time, doest link to any on your personal options…. I deleted the apps after struggling to use it few times… no use at all easier to browse it from the web.
