Royal Road - Read Stories

There is so much novel with cool idea add french i am beg

I have been reading Royal Road since 2 years now and it’s great to see the app getting improved. Unfortunately due to the update 1.23, the adds of the audio are playing when listening with headphones. I understand the need for adds but when listening to music and reading, the last thing you want is to hear random noises from the adds. This issue is not happening when with the smartphone audio.

It is a very good alternative for the site. It is evident the creators want us to have the best experience possible, and it shows.

Used to read my daily dose of RR stories on the tablet browser but this app is easier to use, and ALSO provides the option to download chapters for offline reading. Great app

There is an ad that routinely pops up on tis app thats is a white flashing bar that continues for minutes at a time. It is insane to me that a reading app would have something so obnoxious.

I think this is a problem which started with the most recent update. The app has been making my phone really hot and lag so badly that it freezes and I cannot even access notifications or the control panel easily. My phone runs games fine, so a giant wall of text shouldn’t be doing this.

And I love to read them here

For some unfathomable reason, an app meant to just read stuff insists on taking over my phone’s speakers and stopping my music. I’m not going to be using this app until an update fixes the issue

I don’t think is fair that authors can control there stories ratings. If someone comments about something in there book they are writing they can block them from even rating books. I think it great that authors can stop someone from commenting hate speech or anything like that but to even stop them from rating and reviewing there story makes it unfair for all of the writers out there that don’t do that and there story get effected negatively. A lot of the stories on here gets picked up on Amazon kindle and there rating the stories get on here can effect the chances and stuff like that. Less say they have a million views and almost 5 star rating that looks really good for them. But if the author blocks anyone who says a something negative in the comments section from reviewing or rating the story then they can keep the review rating up. I have seen some story have a negative review then it has been removed later so I thinking they may be even able to remove negative reviews from there as well, but hoping they just change there mind later because that be very unfair for all of the authors that takes remarks and reviews fairly and keeps amazing rating from there hard work.
