I attempted to take advantage of the free dessert promo for the 12 days promo. Could not figure out on the app how to apply it. Went in the store and the manager said good luck. Purchase was $18.95 and no free dessert. The app in general is not the easiest to use compared to all the other fast food apps.

When you try to order anything its just a white screen

Always shows no connection, while other app works perfectly fine.

The app never loads.

This app used to be amazing with the points and rewards. I could get free meals and now all I can get is a free brownie with a $20 purchase. That same brownie offer repeats and there are no other offers. How am I supposed to use all my points I have?

Tried to redeem an instore coupon system would not recognize it. Then tried to scan receipt to get points. Couldn’t do that either. New app is aweful.

Great food!

This app just stopped working. It won’t allow me to place orders.

The staff is always great and friendly. The food is also always fresh and hot when we go. Overall the best location in the area! Keep up the great work all!
