5/31/24 The game is back, but not functioning as it was. My money and gem count are not what they were, but I am not sure if this is a change in the game or just a loss. I was in the billions and now it is “ths”? (Whatever that is.) I can play, but make no game progress at all. My stats stay the same.(This is an ongoing issue I have had and have not received support for. No replies to my emails at all.) Because if the way the game plays it looks like I am getting my daily log ins, but I can’t tell for sure. There is a lot of work needed, especially in customer support/service. I need reply’s to my emails that address my issues and help fix them. I have been playing this for a long time. Maybe that’s why I still am. Habit? 5/21/24 I received a reply from the developers. I will update according to what they do. 5/21/24 Yesterday my game was there. Today it is not. I have been having game play issues and have written them several times with no response. Now when I sign on I am told game id does not exist so I can’t even re download it.
