Usability and tracking failure
RPRA sent an email saying there’s a feedback survey but nothing shows up. Early in the information webinars they mentioned there were supposed to be notifications- haven’t received a single one when there has been a change, which is basically every manifest. No easy way to track manifest closures, just going in one by one, which is slow. Filters reset each time so it’s extremely tedious. No vetting for signing manifests, which goes against what this was set up for related to TDG. Even though users set up in system, drivers can ask anyone to sign. No updates in months.
