Always involved in your organization's planning process through the R&R Job App. The R&R Job App has been specially developed for employees. The R&R Job App is a supplement to our workforce management software.
With the R&R Job App, you always have access to your current schedule, hours worked, leave balance and more:
• View your personal schedule and hours worked
• Easy to request leave and view your leave balance
• Swap shifts with approval of your manager
• Submit your availability, it is also possible to upload your school schedule
• Notifications provide you with immediate information about changes in the schedule
Some functionalities are only available if your organization has activated them.
How to use the R&R Job App?
1. First check if your organization uses the R&R Job App.
2. Download the app.
3. Your manager will send you an invitation. As soon as you have received this, you can register yourself via the app.
4. You can start right away. Do you have questions or feedback? Your colleagues can often help you. You can find an answer to frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the Job App on our site: https://www.rr-wfm.com/support/. You can also give feedback within the app if you wish.

Verlof tab werkt niet op iPhone
Ik vind het erg vervelend dat de verlof tab niet meer werk op iPhones ik hoop dat dat snel opgelost kan worden
andere werknemers zien
Ik erger me aan de indeling van de app. Je kan niet je totaal uren zien en je mede werknemers kan je ook niet zien. Overgestapt vanaf PMT is dit echt een hele downgrade. Hoop dat dit nog veranderd kan worden.
Geen verlof
Ik kan iedere keer geen verlof aanvragen want er blijft staan “ vernieuwen “ ik mag hopen dat dit niet blijft.

Elke keer waneer ik op wachtwoord vergeten druk en mijn e-mail invoer krijg ik een foutmelding al zit ik op 4 g

Lacks basic features
When working at a company, especially when having to manage a supermarket, it might be important to know who you are working with. According to the FAQ this is not a feature due to “privacy reasons”. If you are concerned about privacy then at least make it a setting that either the operator or the user can set to allow others to view who will be there in which department from what time till what time. Previously used PMT, which is a great example of a company that knows what they are doing, and understands the design process, including how to prioritize optional features over hardcoded restrictions
App logt me de hele tijd uit
Als ik de app open ben ik weer eens uitgelogd

Elke keer als ik mijn rooster zie denk ik eraan om toch misschien ontslag te nemen
Wit scherm
Paar keer de app te hebben afgesloten en opnieuw te hebben opgestart alleen wit beeld. Mobiel aan en uit gezet, app verwijderd en opnieuw gedownload, 5g en wifi omgewisseld. Niks hielp helaas. Vind de update niet fijn. De app loopt ook regelmatig langs. Ik kan niet fijn en flexibel mijn werkrooster wijzigen en of reageren op dienst ruil verzoeken erg vervelend !
