RRH MyCare

So easy to use for everything! Quick views of appointments upcoming tests and test results. The office is quick to respond there so you don’t have to keep making phone calls to the offices! I am a big fan of RRH, Baycreek medical and this app!

The RRH My Care application is easy to navigate and allows immediate access to your medical record to include lab values. Having a medical background I can review my chart and visit notes.

Easy to use. Love the fact you can send picture/attachment to the message feature

It would be nice if the app integrated with Apple health so all my health related data was accessible in one place.

My provider was quick to get me in at the time I had setup my appointment. Her staff was very professional and great at getting my appointment moved along quickly & proficiently. When Alicia came in my patient room, she was excellent at answering my questions and helping me feel more relaxed about why I was there. Alicia was able to get my test results back in a very timely fashion which I appreciated. My experience with Alicia was excellent. The negative…the building is very lacking an unappealing. I felt that the building looked run down and definitely needs updating from the outside. While waiting for my appointment, the waiting room was ok but I could see where the staff appeared congested in a small reception room which I was surprised for the size of the building. I also felt that the patient rooms which surprisingly there was only 2, were small and needed to be updated. Again, I was happy with Alicia & her staff but there needs to be a significant upgrade in the building.

I like the RRH app a lot. It keeps me up to date and informed. I don’t have to keep track of appointments as they are on the app for me. I also like that I can pay my copay on the app also.

Dr massaro and his staffs are very attentive. Very professional and care about their patients. My dad do not speak English that well . They do not mind use extra time ti explaining to me . And make sure we understand before we leave.

The My Care Portal is useless if the Doctors don’t read the messages and act upon them. Too many times my service has been delayed because of this.

Great staff, They really take the time to go the extra step to make sure that your patients are taking care of and it’s consistent!, That’s what me feel good because this day in You can’t really Trust, But saying that!, You all keep up the Good Work and!, Like Billy Joel!, Don’t Go Changing, Your Patient Mr. LOUIS Page.🙂
