They need to update the app. They got locations u can’t look up and it makes u have to look at a bus schedule
I don’t understand why the app says i have a valid day pass but I go and scan and I get denied making me have to buy another pass update this please literally making me waste money
Great for navigation and purchasing fares. User friendly interface! I gave it four stars because I think it would be more user friendly 1) if the map showed the real time location of the bus and 2) i was unable to use 2 single fare tickets for the same ride from my phone (I had gotten 1 mobile ticket for my gf (25f) and 1 mobile ticket for myself (24m). AITA?
Hi my month pass won’t show up it just keeps loading please help or put somone to contact or Idk, because now i don’t even know if the next bus will let me in because it won’t scan it’s not fair that I paid so much for it so it can’t work.
I’ve been using this app for months and have had some problems but now I can’t even load my monthly pass or buy a new one due to a “server connection error” it’s been like this for a week now. SOMEONE PLEASE FIX IT
I have 6 rides still on my ticket and I’m not able to open ticket on app or website. Good thing I always have change at the bottom of my purse. Sorry for the crumbs and what not. Oh and of course you can’t forget, there’s nobody to contact for this issue. Please correct it already.
I’ve tried to buy a pass on several different days and every time an error message comes up saying it can’t process my request. I’ve tried to buy single tickets, 10 day, all day passes... nothing works. Not really that surprised though.
