I was at guldhar metro station. App suggestest me the nearest metro station is Sahibabad and I end up booking the ticket from there and not able board a train at guldar metro station. And after that when I went back to book the ticket again from correct metro station it is showing me that you already have an active journey so you can’t book a ticket 🙃

Thanks Govt. Of India and NCRTC for launching RRTS and the so beautiful and easy to understand UI. Please give the update at paar as, as soon as I login to the app, it asks for the update wherein developers have added new features but when I launch the update, it says the app is already updated. Kindly look through the bug. Else not a single complaint regarding anything

Doesn’t take less than 10 seconds to book the ticket and also the UI looks so good.

Not for daily passenger but for weekly it is good but not interconnected in Ghaziabad so…. Bus is again good mode of travel

They are charging for smooth travel and time saving but train is getting late every time. Atleast do take care of timing more than anything.

Not suitable for Delhi travler for a medical class. The rent is too high.

Very high fare 3/- per KM….. Daily passengers couldn’t travel .. but good for travel weekly or monthly

Used the one-tap booking feature for the first time ,it hardly takes 15 seconds to book a ticket 👏
