The best app/very informative

Paid for the pass to find out the tams lines are out of service and have been out of service for weeks. But yet the app is still showing trams in route. Cancel the route on the app especially for tourist and the fact it’s been closed for weeks!!!

If you’re traveling in New Orleans this is a must have! You don’t need a car!

Each time I take the bus,,, I can’t get the accuracy of when the bus is coming,, just on the Louisa line ,,, for the most part all the other lines are very close,,, which is to be expected with variance

Yesterday afternoon at about 315 I walked over to the Branard and Jackson Avenue bus stop. I waited there for an hour and 30 minutes for the 91 bus to take me less than a mile away to the Walmart. Y’all really need to get better service from your drivers

I love using the app, it makes catching a bus so much easier. You can track any bus and get updates. Buying a pass is so easy now.

I’m fortunate to live next to a number of lines in mid city. A couple examples: I substitute teach at a local school the line goes almost door-to-door. The other day I dropped my car off at the mechanic and took a different line to get back home. Did the reverse and picked up my car when it was ready. Clean buses and if you are a regular, you get to meet other regulars. Pleasant professional, drivers, and friendly people.

Told bus driver that woman talking loudly on cell phone is bothering my 4 year old, and the bus driver said there is nothing she can do about it.
