Tech issue with verification and very low support system
Respect to the founder and Champion O. Usyk for his vision. But the app’s execution? A disaster to get a real support. I’ve been waiting over a week for support to address the critical issue with verification of not being able to access my funds. Meanwhile, the token’s value has plummeted, leaving users like me stranded. I lost my money, as I planned to sell the token when it was much higher. This app is raw, the support is unprofessional, I had to communicate with someone in Telegram who never informed me about any timing. I had to remind them every day, feeling very frustrating. They asked me to email to some “other team” too, so it feels like the Team is a few freelancers and outsource. I haven’t notice marketing care of users like me. I tried to reach your team in soc media too, but got 0 response and still struggling to get access or any clear timing to fix that. Founders, it’s time to step up. Users deserve better. I still hope that someone will get Back to me without my million of reminders in your channels. I’m working in tech, and I know what’s the standard, you should improve it, guys.
