When I press the app icon, all I see is the title page of the app. Seems like it just can’t load...

What is the cost of this app. I think I accepted it by mistake.
Very slow
Slow to open app and it doesn’t answer your questions- pretty useless especially if you need a quick answer - Google is much better.
