Since the update to version 1.11 settings, options and logs are no longer available (on iPhone 8). I have been using Rumpfzirkel for quite a long time and it would be a loss for me if I could no longer use the app.

Great app, thank you! I definitely recommend it. It is simple to use and motivating, was recommended by my osteopath to improve my core strength. Allows to chose different levels and duration of exercises. Allows you to see total duration of selected set of exercises. Just need a mat. Improvements could be made as follows: - sort bug that stops from scrolling to the bottom of the explanation page - add little bell at start of each exercise (different from end bell) - option to have slightly longer break between the sets - explanations on each exercise (what to take care of RE position, breathing, etc) - nice to have: specific audio explanations or encouragements during each exercise (e.g. tighten abs or glutes as appropriate)
hallo liebes Entwicklerteam, ich sehe die App bietet nebst Engl. auch Deutsche Sprache. Obwohl ich das iOS auf english eingestellt habe, möchte ich die App aber gerne auf Deutsch nutzen. Finde aber keine Einstellmöglichkeit !?
I like the simplicity of this tool. It wants to be just that - a tool. No bells and whistles. (Well, it does have a bell :-). It‘s just what I need to get the job done: Exercise. Wishes for further versions: - To me, it would be very(!) helpful if it had a landscape mode! (Like virtually any decent App has.) Just more practical that way since I can more easily place the phone / iPad on the floor that way. - I must admit, I struggle about the plain, chaste model. Just a tiny little bit of a smile or excitement to make her more human would definitely be encouraging. We are no robots but humans with body and soul, after all. - Idea: If the model showed some common pitfalls or what to focus on an exercise to make it work best, the effectiveness of the tool would be highly improved. (It could show e.g. every 7th or Xth time that the exercise is done?) Curious if this app will be maintained/further developed or if it‘s just a fling of some medical dept…
Diese App ist wirklich für jede*n geeignet! Ich mache sonst keinen Sport, aber mit dieser App mache selbst ich etwas Gutes für meinen Rücken. (Es muss eben nicht immer stundenlanges Training im Fitnesscenter sein. 10-15 min täglich im eigenen Wohnzimmer, und schon fühlt man sich besser.) Die App ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und jederzeit anpassbar. Ich finde sie sehr empfehlenswert!
Diese App wurde mir von meiner Chiropraktikerin empfohlen. Bin begeistert!
Die videos dazu sind gut. Es wäre super wenn noch eine Erklärung dazu wäre, auf was mus ich achten, welche muskeln anspannen wichtiges zu beachten… Als anfänger falle ich immer wider in in Gewohnheiten zurück und brauche deshalb anleitungen.
The app was recommended by my health trainer and I can say that the exercises are good at strengthening the core muscles. However, in my opinion, there are a small number of improvements which would make the app even better. 1. add a notification sound at the beginning and the end of each exercise, such as a ‘ding’. This would eliminate the need to constantly check the phone’s screen to see the number of seconds left. 2. Related to the previous point: add a configurable countdown timer for the last 5-10 seconds. Also a half-way sound might be useful. 3. Add a spoken notification with the name of the exercise. This can be achieved even with the built-in text to speech capability of the iPhone 4. Add stretching exercises at the end of the training cycle. This was one of the most important points which was mentioned by my trainer. Adding this would greatly improve the health benefits of the app. 5. Nice to have would be integration with Apple Music or Spotify for adding some background music to the exercises. 6. Integration with Apple Health app 7. Integration with Apple Watch Keep up the good work!
Tolle Visualisierung, einfach verständlich und als guter Ausgleich zum Training.
Die App ist für mich sehr gut geeignet. Ich selbst bin Kunde bei der Balgrist in Zürich (Patient :-).
