It’s easy to use and saves me time

Can y’all please change the Lock Screen! Every time I change screen on my phone or look at something else while making a ticket the Lock Screen pops up and you have to enter in your code. This is ridiculous. No crude oil hauler needs to have a lock on the ticket ! Also you cant edit tickets ! Please change these flaws! Very annoying

New version not working on iOS.

The RTChex app has helped streamline our oil buying process tremendously. It is very user friendly. The drivers are able to pick it up really quickly. It allows me to monitor all loads dispatched and when the loads are bought and delivered. It is a great tool and I highly recommend it!

Extremely poor tech support. Call and leave voice mails. No one will answer the phone. Wants to deal with problems via text. You don’t have time to text for a hour while on location working to fix poor customer service issues. Unfortunately big companies use this and the drivers are the ones who get screwed

No room to slide the bar over to N/A on the Equalizing/Overflow/Recycling seal page. Takes forever to get it over to N/A
