To solve the problem of frustratingly rigid public transit, buses or trains need to be deployed based on a demand-responsive format, which means that cities either make public transport lines more dynamic or adopt a nightmarish amount of taxis. Unlike the latter, mass transit services can serve at least 30x more passengers with lesser vehicles, which also means less congestion and smogs generated amongst our roads. A large network of free-flowing mass transit vehicles means that any corner of a city can be made infinitely accessible and every citizen can now easily access public transportation. The key to making this work is to ensure that every passenger can now share a speedy mass transit ride that caters to their personal schedule- this is the goal of RushOwl. A mass transit ride that can adapt dynamically to every passengers’ demands in terms of location and time creates an era where no new cities (even in new planets) will plan public transportation starting with bus or train stations ever again.

Bad service
My kids school bus provider, very unresponsive, not answering any enquiry

Poor service again and again
Extremely poor service while planning the bus trips. No contact option to reach out to driver and chat support is useless. I used it for invictus school drop and have been facing issues again and again. Once there was no bus allocated and another time we just waited for 40 minutes. Please improve your services if you are serious.
Never works
I have loaded $50 in my account. Tried atleast 10 times on different days to book a ride, but never got one. Also no option to transfer the money back to my bank account
Driver not found but unable to cancel pooling
TAKE NOTE: Strictly NO CANCELLATION is allowed ONCE POOLING IS CONFIRMED, even though driver hasn’t been found. Rushowl will only cancel 5-30 minutes before set departure time if no driver is found. Very unfair and ridiculous to force customers to wait till last minute before cancelling their pooling; no time for them to find alternative rides if Rushowl fails to find them a driver.
Great service
Booked a ride but my notifications weren’t working so didn’t notice a ride was confirmed. I later got a call from the customer service asking if I was going to board soon. They were very patient and the kind driver was also very patient. Extremely thankful for their service and user-friendly app!

Signed up for SCSM 2022 and needed transportation. Shuttle bus was on time and q affordable!
