Will there be a new update of the app?i have been using this app for over 4 years. since the latest os update the app no longer works. It has been so useful for tracking and understanding my dog’s episodes.

You can’t get into the app without being on WiFi so if your dog unfortunately has a seizure outside where you don’t have WiFi good luck tracking it. Also it’s been 4 days since i have been actually able to get into the app. All my seizure logs are gone and unfortunately can’t show my vet. Better apps are out there!!!

The app stopped working with the 18 upgrade. Not sure who to contact to see if they plan on correcting. Unfortunately I’ve lost all my data at this point.

Please help and fix because app can no longer be opened and all my pets seizures are logged there

Ive been using the app for over 2 years now- logging in info when my dog has seizures.. the app is not opening- i tried everything- LTE, 5G , home internet. Its loading hut not opening. I dont know what to do and how to get the data that was already entered.. very frustrating !

I downloaded this app to track my dog’s seizures, especially his focal seizures and treatments and it was fine until it wasn’t. The app won’t load, there are no updates, so I have lost all of my data on his focal seizures. Very upset. I work really hard to manage his condition and all of that info is now gone. I have never had an app do this. Learned my lesson, I guess I have to just use my calendar.

I have used this app for about 3 years. I like the platform. This app is also based out of Australia. Recently, I tried to open the app and it would not open. I am assuming that it is no longer being updated since the last update was 3 years ago. Sadly, my log is now gone and I can not get the app to open at all

I have been using this app for over a year and now it won’t open at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried registering again. Nothing. I have a severely epileptic dog and i am religious about tracking his episodes now we have to start over and we have lost all our current data :( 2 stars because when it works its basic and does the job but not opening and losing all data is highly disappointing

Fine app if you have a dog. Unfortunately, my cat has epilepsy and this is of no value to me or my vet.

All dates are a day off. ie January 13th which is a Saturday is showing as Friday in the app.
