Owners not held accountable
I have gone thru several cancellations with money being taken and waiting for ever to have it returned. RV share allows owners to rent without verification of availability. I’ve had several cancellations because they sold RV or agreed to something and then didn’t want to honor it. Might as well be renting from Craigslist

Not professional, I waste 24 hours waiting for responses, I call the company and they didn’t do nothing about it , I will never do a reservation with this company not recommended
Failure-Terrible Experience
I had a most unprofessional and disgusting experience with RV Share. We had an owner who kept delaying us installing us leaving us stranded in a parking lot, waiting for them until they just decided to cancel with absolutely no warning and no notice. We contacted RV Share and were told to have a good one. I don’t think that’s quite acceptable, I would love to hear RV shares explanation and hopefully they have terminated that owners ability to be RV shared fails you it fails us and it loses you business.
Rv share doesn’t care about Rv owners!
Rv share is a cool app and excellent idea, what’s sad is that they don’t care about the owners of the RV, although without the inventory their business model won’t work. Example: the guests rented Rv and went over mileage. We invoiced them for extra miles and dumping charge. They never paid, Rv share doesn’t bother collecting. They tried to charge the card - card failed and they put it on us to collect. So they make sure to collect their fees and insurance, but not the fees for their hosts. Very disappointing. We are considering taking our Rv to another platform.
Easy to use.
I’ve used this website several times to get campers for festivals and always had a good experience. It’s easy to use and you communicate through them with the owner so everyone is on the same page.

Regularly Down
The app is consistently down for message exchange! Not at all reliable even when we are not at a remote location with poor cell or internet service. Sitting in my office at a bank in the middle of the city, this app is not working while everything else is.
