This app didn’t work 3 years ago. The VA mailed me fire said it was ready to use. I tried again still doesn’t work. I’m just overall disappointed in the VA unless the veteran is in a hospital. General healthcare just doesn’t work well. We’ve just had to go to a regular ENT because we can’t get in through audiology on his VA issued hearing aids . They cancel 6 mo appointments regularly. The Greenville SC VA is less than desired for us. For general healthcare that is. We have had the same great social worker, Heather, for several years. What an asset

You have turned something easy into something extremely hard

When logging in if your internet isn’t connecting immediately the app fails and won’t work unless you turn off your device and restart. Getting to prescriptions isn’t easy….even after several attempt I still can’t access my information.

The app has never worked, it lands on a blank page with the DoD banner, zero capabilities

Yes it is efficient

Not all meds are listed and when you select one for refill I never did find the submit icon.

Now I’m used to app finally. Just wish didn’t have to roll through lists hard to read took awhile to get used too. Must admit grateful for app can order anytime.

I cannot login to this or any VA sites or apps. . The VA system keeps telling me to verify by text to my old number. I have updated my number to my new number on the VA.gov but they cannot get this straight
