Sometimes glitches but overall pretty good, but need to fix the glitch and sometimes won’t open

Unable to login

After the recent app upgrade done on last week facing this problem. After clicking on student icon at home page but spinner is keep on rotating but no response received. Hope your IT guys are reading this to get it fixed. I'm using iOS 11.4 on 8 plus.

After the latest update (June’19): 1-The app takes a lot of time to load. 2-Announcements are not visible inside the app, only the header is appearing. 3-From lock screen, when clicked on notification of the app, it doesn’t open the app& crashes. Have to restart whenever new notification appears.

Keep on loading once click on ryan portal app (in iphone)

Since its new update 3 days ago, I can’t even open anything in this app in iPhone. Please check it

Unable to get access into the app.

I phone I cannot view and activity pictures , reinstall also same problem. I informed few time still not improved

No updates available and cant login too

Unable to see the homework details in class dairy , same problem faced by other parents too where in app is updated in the phone(iphone).
