Absurdly slow and unresponsive, to the point one can’t use it at all

If your update could break the use of the App, make sure you either don’t release such dumb update, or at least have a warning message displayed. I tried to submit an expense multiple times not realising an update is required! Waste of so much time! Very disappointed!

The app is clunky I admit works well to photograph a receipt but I always have to open my laptop and load receipts that are emailed. As a frequent traveller where hotels and ride share companies nearly always email the receipt I find this a real down fall. Allow us to attach receipts from onedrive, copy paste and iCloud please please please it’s nearly 2020 modernise

Never lose a receipt. Without Rydoo on average I spent $300 for work expenses but forgot to claim 😩 This application allows to take pic of tax invoice then even later on I fill up details

The name may have changed and the look and feel but they should have invested more in the function of the app. It used to freeze, duplicate receipts because of upload failures and it continues to do the same. Currently have 8 receipts in the ‘uploading’ phase for More than 2 hours now. Looks like I have to cancel them and start again. Excel at least saved me time on duplicate work

It loses every new receipt after the trial period. You can get them back by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Of course you will have to rearrange your phone desktop or pages to gave the icon where you prefer to place it. You will then have to redo your app preferences and settings and you will have to login....again. And yes you have to do this after adding each and every receipt. You can redo this process in batch mode and get all of the new ones since last install. I have repeated this process multiple times and yes it works but OMG what a pain in the....... Support sounded surprised but it appears that I am not the only one with this problem. Currently using a iPhone 7 plus. I do like the auto cropping and the scanning. The App says will be a few minutes, but the receipts feel like they take hours or forever. This is because the receipts list does not automatically refresh and resync does not change the status from processing. If you go through the reinstall process you will see the new receipts completed. Also if you are not in this companies server timezone you will have trouble changing dates. I am in Australia and was unable to correct the date that their scanning server chose. My date was ahead and the app did not like this, therefore I had to leave the date incorrect. Overall would I recommend this app. Definitely NOT until the reinstall after every receipt problem has been resolved.

this app has lost my receipts on over four separate occasions. The support team don't seem to realise the criticality of not losing data. Here is their explicit suggestion for how to fix it this time "Could you try to delete and reinstall the App please? (Note: If you have any receipts that are currently processing in your App, these will be deleted by doing this) " Dont buy this app.

First few receipts loaded then lost my last ones. It says they are there but won't add or load.
