S-Net est une application d un autre âge: lent, interface de message avec la banque très pénible qui vous demande votre mot de passe à tout bout de champs, pas possible d uploader facilement les documents qui vous sont demandés, en un mot ça semble développé pour PC et pas pour iPad. Il faut bien y penser quand vous choisissez votre banque car les agences physiques disparaissent peu à peu et celles qui restent sont difficilement accessibles (juste sur RV) et la banque par téléphone est peu utile.

The "login impossible" error message is particularly unhelpful, providing no useful information. The lack of weekend customer support further compounds these issues. While the app's functionality is strong, its instability and poor performance significantly detract from the user experience. Improvements to speed, reliability, and error reporting are essential.

The app is good, but it definitely needs an update of features and a more modern design.

App lacks basic features, like scanning another card, copying your own IBAN, csv export options, etc. If changing banks was not so difficult i’d do it.

hasn’t been updated since 2010. still has that janky carousel menu select. crashes every time you open a notification. takes forever to open up. still called snet for some reason.

The app is generally user friendly but the frequent error messages and inability to access the app are really frustrating. I have now been unable to access it for two days and that is a bit long as I have important payments to conduct. Is there a solution you could suggest?

C’est bien dommage que pour Speedinvest vous n’affichiez plus le montant des apports investis.

J’ai tout le temps des problèmes avec mon iphone 15 pour me connecter. Il bug tout le temps. J’ai à chaque fois l’information comme quoi « le service demandé est actuellement fermé ».
