Support was great, you don’t get instant answers though but they know what they are doing. They do not close tickets, you can backtrack everything. Top Up was smooth. I got no issues. If the method you are using is not allowed, then you can’t use it. Simple as that. I was able to sync this card to Apple Pay and I’ve been using it for everything! I will live here in overseas for a year and this app made my life easier! It is still not perfect, but it does the job!

It is amazing to use and very convenient

It used to be easy to top up your card. Why is it unavailable for Filipino issued cards to be used for topping up silkpay cards?

Why is it so hard to top up my wallet. It is always unsuccessful and eventually my account got blocked. Please fixed your application.

My account was automatically logged out and suddenly I can’t remember my password but it doesn’t seem to allow me reset it.

Do not bother to download, the app is flawed. After a successful registration, wherein it asked for my ID and selfie photo, it automatically logged me out and now I can’t login and I can’t even reset or use the forget password. THE APP IS VERY BUGGY!!!

Why don’t you have any other options for verification aside from passport?
