App clashing and cannot open

This app is impossible to use as it is unable to load my profile nor points. Also, the app crashes when I click to open my QR code to scan for points. This is very frustrating at the stores as I require to scan immediately after footing my bills, leading the staff and myself to wait whilst the app loads continuously, but ultimately still unable to load nor open my QR. Initially, I thought I had to update my app, however, no problem on my end as I am on the latest app update already! Please fix these issues ASAP!

App was working well previously, however the app was not loading when I tried to use it yesterday. My points was shown zero and when I press scan for QR code, app force shut down.

App keep crashing when I try to load my QR code . Please do something to upgrade the app or allow receipt scanning like other malls .

1. The app doesn’t work half the time. It loads up and then automatically crashes. So unreliable! 2. The process to earn points is horrible, both for the merchant and customer. Suggest you relook into it from your customers view point (merchant and customers) and not what is easiest &/or cheapest for you.

It’s a serious bug. It kept closing the app entirely whenever I click on the scanner function. This was reported & reviewed by another user down here!

After spend use the receipt to ask customer service for help. The Chinese customer service direct me back to shop. Software app fail backend also fail.. Apps keep spinning. I will try not to spend in S3 if similar item can be brought in other mall

Tried to make a purchase for a refrigerator at Harvey Norman and have my rewards captured but the app keeps shutting down whenever I click on the scan. I postponed my purchase twice then finally, decided to do it in another mall..

Hopeless app! Spent $200 plus and wanted to scan for points. Hopeless app doesn’t open and throw you out. Worst app ever used. Might just well decommission it.
