Unable to access the app, and when you’re able to, you go into a loop when trying to deposit funds.

I have just been told to access the the chrome website. It still won’t access the site..

Despite the fact that I live in the southern Cape I get a response that ‘the app doesn’t support my location’. Then it won’t let me pay from funds in my wallet. The most damning thing is that when you call the help line they will tell you not to use the app and to log onto the website instead!!

The app is okay when it works ( which is 20% of the time ) but I have been experiencing logging in challenges for the last two months , the FICA process is also not working properly, now it is not allowing me to play any ticket . It’s so unrealiable . You are better off playing via the banking system or getting a physical ticket . So disappointing.

The app does not allow me to log in. Continuously gives error your location is not supported.

App does not let me in "your location is not supported". Tried changing my password but wouldn't let me change it, "forgot password" sends an OTP that you cannot insert anywhere. Fix this!

Upon logging in suddenly the response is: “App does not support your location” So you’re locked out, even as a South African in South Africa.

Worked for some time, now it keeps telling me it does not support my location.

I deleted and downloaded this app more than 5 times in the past 2 days and its still not working

Sometimes lt doesn’t work, unable to log in. I get issues like App doesn’t support your location. What’s that ?
