Mala de solemnidad
Lenta, dice comerse toda la memoria del movil, vestusta… Pero bueno, funciona igual que lo hace un coche viejo sin electrónica.
No funciona con iOS 16.1.1
No consigo visualizar los tickets subidos
Cero profesionalidad
A lo mejor clientes grandes tratan de otra manera, pero yo intento utilizar esta aplicación una vez cada 3 meses y siempre no funciona algo. Por ejemplo en principios de enero pues estaba caída todo el fin de semana y obviamente nadie trabaja en fines de semanas y tienes que esperar hasta siguiente día laboral (dudo mucho en monitoring de su app). Por otro lado ahora no puedo lograrme y cuando intentas recuperar contraseña no viene el correo. Siempre pasa algo y eso que llevo con ellos creo que casi dos años o por lo menos un año. Eso si en cobrarte el dinero no fallan. Lamentable servicio y funcionamiento de su sistema. Eso si los trabajadores de chat son amables, pero esto es lo más normal, solo faltaría que no sean
Falla mas que una escopeta de feria
La app es muy mala, todo el rato sale un mensaje indicando que hay problemas con la ram del teléfono (es la única app donde sale este mensaje), la app se cierra constantemente a la hora de querer cargar un ticket, las fotos las orienta mal, los desplegables no están ordenados, rechaza tickets validos, tiene instrucciones muy malas… en fin, un millón de oportunidades pra llegar a tener un producto decente De momento es un dolor de cabeza, no usaría esta app si no me obligaran en el trabajo
Aún con multitud de errores
Muchísimos meses despues, ya la versión 4.1.0 y siguen algunos de los fallos denunciados desde el inicio. Los siguientes puntos se han detectado en el primer uso de la aplicación despues de introducir unos 30 tickets, así que para un desarrollador seguro que no es muy difícil replicar la mayoría de ellos en unos pocos minutos. .- No trabaja bien con el enfoque de la camara, no hay posibilidad de usar el flash, no recorta los tickets. .- Borra ciertos justificantes de pago y solo mantiene la factura. A veces mantiene los dos separándolos como si fuesen gastos independientes. .- En ocasiones reconoce mal las cantidades. .- Rechaza algunos tickets correctos sin motivo. .- No se puede ver bien la foto, ni ampliar, ni corregir fallos. .- No esta bien integrado con el sistema operativo, no permite corregir palabras, ni editar. .- No avanza el espacio al escribir como cualquier editor. .- Cuando hay mas de una pagina, al pulsar en cargar mas gastos, solo aparecen más la primera vez, después ya no aparece ninguno hasta que matas y reinicias la aplicación. .- cuando se entra en la captura de imagen, es imposible cancelar sin sacar una foto. Te obliga a sacar una foto y despues a borrarla.
Agil y cómoda
La hemos empezado a utilizar en la empresa y todos los comerciales estamos encantados con la aplicación. Agil, intuitiva y rápida en la digitalización. En administración estan tambien encantados al no tener que volver a meter los gastos al estar integrado con el ERP.
Se cierra al entrar
Cuando inicio sesión se cierra la pantalla sola y no se puede entrar, se cierra constantemente.

Sencillo y fácil
Nuestra empresa lleva usando este sistema más de 1 año, he de decir que nos ha quitado muchos dolores de cabeza. La comunicación con el soporte también es muy buena.
