There is no much help from the app, as it only works as message sender from school to parents (all duplicated by email anyway). All messages from parents to school are not saved anywhere (like Sent items) so you'll never be able to track your request. Btw requests done through the app were never answered in my practice.

The app it works well then before you need to add the communication as well because as parents we need to know about the child improvement I hope we can communicate as parents with teachers in this app to know more about our children and we can improve with them in there studying at home.

It is so disappointing to see such a poor-quality app done for education purposes in one, what suppose to be, of the best and most expensive schooling systems.

It’s not working at all.. need to do proper development for app which should be user friendly and at least can be open

So complicated. Never updated. Impossible to follow your kids results, a lot if useless information while the info you need very difficult to find

Unable to login. Tried multiple times.

Even though I’m having username & password for parents, however new parent apps is not allowing me to login!! Please help?
