Safe & the City

This app has so much potential but it’s not there yet. The places of safety on the map all say they are closed (p. sure this is not true of Guy’s Hospital at 1pm on a Friday). More of their public transport route & safety incident information needs to be available to app users- let us know if there are alternative routes for a journey & why they might be less safe.

Doesn’t support iOS suggested passwords. How am I supposed to keep track of it?

Great app and fantastic that it’s expanded to UK wide!

This map has the potential to be exceptionally good. However, it still only remains prevalent in London. Upon searching the places I’d want to travel to, it has all of the UK roads and maps, obviously from Google, but it would be very good if it was a UK wide app. I know that I’d be telling everyone I know to use this app, as it’s more detailed in the reports that people enter. Hopefully this becomes IK wide soon 🤞🏼

The reality is that commuting in the city can be risky, unfortunately. This app provides an extra layer of assurance that ones journey is safe. And it alerts people if something does happen. I think it’s a great app that solves a social issue.

The unique travel app live updates and incident reports help flag incidents faster and provide me safer travel routes. The app reports incidents to the metropolitan police and travel officers to deal with cases more promptly. Using the App you can get through to the emergency services and support or others that can help you in the area.

Safe & the City app and initiative is an important cause to make streets cities safer for everyone. The app is very useful for planning your journeys and for reporting incidents. I recommend it to everyone living or travelling in/to London.

Just downloaded the app but it closes before its fully loaded :(
