Got asked to call to resolve a ‘can’t borrow’ issue spent 20 minutes repeating my details to someone who sounded like they took the call from a field somewhere.. completely wasted my time then told me I couldn’t borrow anymore call back in 30 days!!! Joke!

I spoke with a lady called Trish and she provided me with excellent customer service

I have just returned a missed call from this company and got Paul. What can I say… he was professional and assisted me to complete what was required on the phone as I can be a little technophobic!! Thank you Paul… you were amazing 💖 Ps… I’m sorry if I chatted and got you into trouble… but, I am truly bowled over by your assistance… you are absolutely fantastic Paul!!

Really are a good loan support service when in need. I was with them for over 5 years and really helped when money would come out of my account each week, money would be coming out left right and centre. You would be able to just add that little extra into your account to cover yourself if you didn’t have time to go to the bank or post office to put in cash. Really helpful and understanding. Genuine good loan company
