I have just installed this app to keep track of my newly purchased contents insurance. Set up was a breeze and after logging in to the account (set up whilst buying my insurance) all my details came up together with details of the policy. Brilliant, thank you.

I would love to know what the benefits are that are supposed to be on offer. The sections are never updated and the content is historical or should I say hysterical. I know 12 year olds who could produce a better app.

This app is atrocious can’t change date of birth avoid

I was worried when I read some of the reviews saying this app was hard to set up. I had no issues all information was in place only took a couple of minutes to set up.

Downloaded and tried registering. There is a major issue with selecting day, month and year for Date of Birth. Having read all the associated comments it is clear that there is a fundamental issue with the app and that Saga are aware of this issue. To allow this to persist and achieve so a low app score from a major insurer tells you all you need to know. Really poor!

App will not load my products. Sent multiple emails to saga with no response at all

Having taken out a home insurance policy a week ago l am still unable to view my policy documents on this app. Every time I tap on My Products it says “Oops something went wrong please try again later“ I have left feedback but still no reply. Sorry Saga but not good enough !

This app is one of the worst - and I've seen a lot. Doesn't sent email one time passcode, doesn't check if you already have an email registered with them, and when I tried to sign up, after going through all steps including setting password, ti says "Oops something went wrong".

How can i confirm my age for my account when your options are limited?! From the 14th, November & December only and 1974 on!
