On apple ios 18 everytime I click on Taxes the whole app crashes.

This app will not work at all , I used add my expenses and do invoices on the go and now I cannot do anything, I cannot even find support got fix it, now looking to switch to a no program

I’ve been trying for a couple of years and after a couple of tries I finally delete the app. The data is badly represented, the UI is absolutely unintuitive. Also for some reason we can’t sign in with a mobile browser and we are stuck with this dumpster fire of an app. Currently, even after doing the reset they propose, i cannot even see the latest quotes that I made, but the ones from june 2021 are readily available for my viewing pleasure. What a waste of time. For sensitive and important information regarding business and money, Sage really drops the ball on this one. Zero stars.

I don't understand how this app can possibly be rated 4 stars as you can't really do anything with it and it's terribly buggy.

Quand tu vois ta conjointe fondre en larmes après chaque appel fait a leur service à la clientèle, on doit se poser des questions sur la culture d’entreprise qui existe à cet endroit.

I have tried this app for almost two years. I turned it off for one year because when I received payments and it would double entry onto the cloud and screw up my main program. I downloaded it again a year later. It uploaded old information into the cloud and screwed all the corrections my accountant took 6 months to fix. When I scroll through sales invoices there are no customers names. All say “no name” What good is that

Depuis 1 semaines les contacts créés ou importés sur le navigateur web n’apparaissent pas dans l’application. Quand on procède un paiement l’app crash. J’ai effectué toutes les mises à jours OS et app et recharger les données et toujours le même problème..

App keep crashing since iOS 13 update :(

Since the latest Apple update the app keeps crashing! Please help!

I use Sage Cloud for work and was hoping this would make things easier. I’m sure it would if the app even worked. I select my country and sign in with my ID. It then tells me there was an error and that the account is associated with a different country and I have to start over. I have tried using a different country and it just throws up a different error. This app is totally useless. Get your act together Sage!! We use sage50 everyday at work, I use the cloud integrated with office365 but cannot no matter how many times I try, log in on my phone using the app. Don’t bother, don’t waste your time, and save yourself the frustration. Don’t download this app. I have now deleted it.
