Awesome app to make a vegan’s life easier :)

This is by far the best meal planning app available. It is easy, quick, and helpful in choosing healthy plant based meals. My favorite part is how it is customized to my specific health goals. I’m so glad I found Sage to help me keep on track with my health and fitness.

What a perfect nutrition app! I got so tired of Myfitnesspal because I had to log everything. But with Sage, I get to actually plan my meals for the week. Sage works in the same way that I think about eating. It gives me delicious meal options to choose from, a shopping list of everything to buy, and meal prep instructions. No more logging, just easy planning. Thank you Sage!

I’m SO glad I found this app. It has the most seamless meal planning feature of dozens of apps I’ve seen. Many apps on the market emphasize tracking which can take FOREVER. I love that Sage gives me healthy meal options from which I can choose from. I’ve planned for multiple weeks now with a few clicks! It’s so easy. I also love the calorie and carb / protein / fat breakdown. I’m trying to gain muscle so it’s great that Sage tells me how many grams of protein I’m getting every day. It’s the best!

Sage is the best personalized meal planning app I’ve seen on the App Store. I love that it calculates my daily calorie need and helps me track calories and macronutrients like carbs. The meal planning interface is so smooth and sleek and most of all I LOVE the shopping list — I haven’t found another app that summarizes everything I need for the week into a list, which makes it so easy to meal prep.
