Can download but not use
I can download the app but am unable to sign in using the only method possible-UAE Pass (which is working fine & is updated). “Unable to proceed-incomplete data.”
Confused
I keep getting notifications that a new report has been uploaded but when I go to the lab reports page there is nothing.
Patient
The App do not have any information or services and not user friendly I can’t understand my report it’s miss
Language
How to change the language? Its useless if we cant change to english
The app won’t work at all
I updated the app and have been trying to use it since two days and it isn’t working
Missing documents
The app doesn’t show any notifications on the new reports or where to find it
Poor system
I did put my UAEpass many times correctly but says they cannot accept it and gave me the right options how and what to put in it. I am writing correctly and when I try to recover or create a new one, does not work. Driving me nuts!
