Doesn't allow you to log in, even after a password change.

Just a blank screen

One of the worst apps I’ve tried. Now have 2 policies with them but login on the app takes me in a continuous loop. Can only access them in a browser. Total waste of time.

A generous 1 star, no option to access documents with a policy taken out prior to 2017, sort this out please everyone can access digital documents via other platforms, why not sainsburys?

White screen on registration — nothing!

Absolutely useless. Find it impossible to view my home insurance docs. Cannot get pass web policy number??? . Been trying for months but luckily had downloaded the docs to my computer otherwise no chance.

Downloaded it months ago and have never been able to get on it. Their website is no better too.

As others have said, after entering email address at login, you are presented with a blank page so unable to enter password. Have deleted and re-installed- just the same. Unbelievable!

I think a Sainsbury’s pet insurance would be a good option

You have to create a six digit PIN to use the app… a nuisance and unnecessary in this day and age.
