It takes me to the website and i cannot access my bag or account or wishlist.

The Saks app is great, but customer rating should be added. It helps the prospective buyer gain insight on the fir, fabric, and potential negative aspects of the item.

If you are planning on returning stuff be ready to wait a month for your refund. Return the bag because on the app it one color in real life totally different color. Received an email the refund will follow in 7 to 10 business day. Nothing, no refund no emails. On the app will say 10-14 days. Waited. Nothing. Text them email them, just sorry and that’s it. Previous order they forgot to put all the order in the box but make like they did put everything! Had to spend almost a month to prove that the box was sealed and that they forgot to put my full order in the box, had to prove somehow that my order massing some stuff. Ordered a lot from them, but when it’s come to expensive cosmetics, designer stuff it’s a while mess! Still waiting on my refund!

I’ve been a loyal Saks customer for years, but the latest update to their app has been a huge disappointment. The app’s performance has drastically deteriorated, with constant buffering issues that make shopping nearly impossible. When browsing products, images and size options take forever to load, which ruins the seamless experience Saks is known for. The integration between the app and Saks’ inventory system appears to be flawed. Despite showing hundreds of available items, only a few actually load without continuous refreshing. This makes navigating the app frustratingly cumbersome and time-consuming. The app also frequently crashes, adding to the overall poor user experience. Moreover, the app is now heavy and clunky, which contrasts sharply with competitors like Mytheresa, where the shopping experience remains smooth and efficient. Despite clearing the cache, restarting my device, and even reinstalling the app, the buffering and performance issues persist. Overall, unless Saks invests in significant improvements, I’ll be taking my business to other retailers who offer a more reliable and user-friendly app experience.
