Never again - first off, you can’t track your order within the app, it takes you to another site where you have to enter your order # and email, this wouldn’t have been a problem provided the fact that they actually emailed me with the order info. I literally had to wait for the deliver to know it. Finally when trying to return some of the items, YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO ARRANGE IT - like do we live in the 00’s? In this day and age - a company this big and supposed high end, can’t provide decent UX/CX. Shame.

When it works properly it’s a good app. However, about half the time I use it the pages don’t load properly or when I scroll to the bottom of the page, additional items don’t load and you can’t navigate to see other items. Website has the same issues.

Ordered ray bans advertised as made in Italy and got made in China knock offs, beware don’t be fooled.

Called to reorder, however, “computer Glitches” prevented this. Never had to try so hard to spend money..

The 34 Heritage brand jeans are terrific and I found them here. I had bought them from Pinto Ranch in Houston Tx but Pinto is out of business for now. For some reason I think they may have IRS concerns because the closed very quick.
