I took a ticket on the site, the site gave an error, the money is gone, there is no ticket, support is not responding !!! get into contact with me!

To be honest I have the same problem like a man that had written in Russian that he paid for tickets from Istanbul to Phuket, money was taken, but application told that it was some kind of mistake, and he don’t have a ticket. The man is writing that he was calling to contacts of company and they don’t answer. I have exactly the same problem, and when I call to contact center I only hear something in Arabic from auto answerer and call is cancelling. Please, text me, what should I do, to gave my tickets. I’m in Turkey now, but I don’t speak Turkish and local number is also don’t answer. I speak English and Russian.

Нереально, чтобы в 10.10.22 у меня просто украли деньги и не отвечали по всем источникам связи!!!! В приложении салам аир оплатил два билета стамбул - оман - пхукет, в итоге деньги снялись, приложение написало банк отклонил платеж и все на этом!
