It’s a good app, just have to work on app refresh rate, and the fact that u have to pay for ur profile to be seen again (over $20!) feels wrong.

Found my Wife
Alhumdulilah after subscribing to this app I was able to connect with a lovely Malaysian girl and we had our Nikkah recently. I highly recommend supporting the developers and subscribing if you are serious about getting married.

It’s a good, inshallah you got to try if you’re looking for a marriage.
Dodgy app. No support. Falsified premium services.
The app is full of fake profiles. They take No care to filter out all these. Support doesn’t respond. Many requests open for weeks/months. Yet no reply from support. Many features that are sold with their highest level like “diamond” dont actually exist or work. Eg: “anti-ghosting”. Have seen matches with “anti ghosting now enabled” indicating that they won’t be able to do anything else on the app until they respond to you or unmatch. Absolute garbage and untrue. They are fine continuing to ghost and swiping on. It’s been tested. Won’t recommend.
Worst experience dodgy app & horrible customer service
I have tried reaching out over 3 times to get my account closed, they ask for my email then never respond. It’s been over 4 months. I was logged out of my account and since can’t log back in, says I don’t have an account. Yet I’m still getting message alerts sent to my email from people trying to inbox me 🤨Pathetic app with pathetic service. All my apps are updated and I have the latest iPhone. This is clearly an issue with the salams app. I suggest you stop parading your business and instead work on actually investing into the apps operation.
A lot of fake profiles
I have been matched by not one but 3 guys posing as women. For what I have no clue but I am quite quick to catch them. I've tried contacting support but I have gotten no replies nor was action taken. We can't take screenshots of the pictures to check whether the pictures on the profiles are taken from Pinterest or other webpages so there's no way to check or confirm about the real identities of people. It is becoming a very real problem in this app.

Like seriously? They even require you to pay in order to see who likes you. Then what’s the point of the app for free users?
Pricy and not many people
As soon as I bought membership, surprisingly no more people to connect to. App wants to charge me more money to reset likes even though I’m a gold member. Disappointed
