Salesforce Inbox

Salesforce inbox is a fantastic app that helps to solve all tasks from one screen. The email functionality is straight forward. What is most valuable is the email logging and tracking function. I can log my emails to opportunities, contacts and accounts inside the org. Helps to track tasks and follow up at a later stage.

Amazing, it is a truly app delivering the value needed for our business

I believe is a good appplication but have some sync issues and everything goes double with outlook so I’m not sure if the phone or iPad capacity will be enough or those can be saturated in general good application

Long time while refreshing emails

Inbox is easy to use, friendly and so helpful

I like the integration with salesforce, however the calendar experience should be better

It’s a wonderful tool for the sales area. You can log you email or calls easily.

The Mobil app is very glichy. It often opens and the body of what I am trying to see doesn’t populate. I often go to use it and the. go back to the regular sales force app in order to retrieve additional information. Inbox should be the most mobile friendly piece of salesforce so those of us on the road can have access to key information all the time and that is not what is happening. It definitely needs attention and I would solicit the fixes from mobile users not desktop uses.

App is great! My only complaint is the font is a little small, I wish there was a setting to enlarge the font in the emails.
