Inventory Management is useless
I have been using for nearly a year. I have multiple stores, warehouse and close to 8000 sku’s. I pay for advanced inventory on all locations. However there is always an issue in regards to inventory or sales pos. Example. 1 out of 10 stores system has decided to use 4 decimal places for stock qty… 1 = 0.0001 or 1 = 0.2 I have random sales from morning that duplicate causing short in cash, deductions from store inventory. Double up also impact tax and profit. I have had to count and recount all of my 10 stores in the last 12 months. 1 store I’ve had to count 6 times (close store and roster additional staff in) this was a large cost to me. We found so many errors that we now hand write all sales in a book and do manual inventory qty. With 8000 items I don’t have the man power to manually record these everyday. It’s what I paid sales play for but haven’t received. I have another store that at end of shift will screen shot what SalesPlay says their sales were. It shows they balance in cash and it also matches the manual records. However a few days later when you go back to that day, the sales amount has changed. Don’t get me wrong I love the system, it’s really user friendly. It’s just the lack of support as emails to them bounce back. I don’t think having issues like this is worth all the money I pay each month.
